The Fontaine Law Office has begun a group action against Poland Springs Water owned by Nestle. Poland Springs will not pay its delivery drivers overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours per week. Nine drivers have brought a group action to collect 6 years of back pay, totalling $500,000. The cases are pending in both state and federal court.

United States Supreme Court on June 11 ruled that domestic employees, in order to be exempt from overtime, need not be employed directly by the patient.
